The Faculty of Syariah and Law was officially launched on 23 January 2017, following approval from the Board of Directors Meeting No. 3/2016, held on 26 August 2016. The Faculty comprises two departments: the Department of Syariah and the Department of Law.

The Department of Syariah offers two postgraduate programs and two undergraduate programs as follows:

  • PS01 – Doctor of Philosophy in Syariah

  • MG02 – Master of Syariah (Management) (Coursework Mode)

  • BS02 – Bachelor of Syariah with Muamalat (Honours)

  • IS12 – Diploma in Syariah Studies

 

Meanwhile, the Department of Law offers one postgraduate program and two undergraduate programs as follows:

  • MT21 – Master of Syariah Law (Research Mode)

  • BS03 – Bachelor of Syariah and Law (Honours)

  • IS18 – Diploma in Syariah and Islamic Jurisprudence
